Vanessa is one of our resident Yogis. She has trained in Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pilates, Barre
and Somatics all of which inform and enrich her teaching style. Her mission is to offer
sessions where our members can move mindfully, free of tension and become strong,
grounded and centred.
Chrissy Sundt Pilates, Yoga & Barre
Founder and Director of Silver Linings Wellbeing. Chrissy have been teaching for nearly 20
years and teaches Pilates, Yoga, Barre. She is passionate about movement and seeing our
members reach their wellness goals!

Catherine is the Silver Linings meditation teacher and guide. Her calming sessions give our members a chance to experience the profound physical, mental and emotional benefits of a meditation practice.
Trevor Schoonraad Yoga & Pilates
Trevor is a Master Instructor and Teacher Trainer for Peak Pilates as well as being a full trained Yoga teacher and Level 3 Personal Trainer. After a career with some of the world’s leading ballet companies, Trevor now has over 15 years of teaching experience. Why not explore new movements and disciplines with Trevor’s expert guidance!
Edward StevensBarre, Core, HIIT
Edward is a trained dancer and performer who brings crystal clear instruction and energising choreography to his Barre, HIIT and Core classes for Silver Linings. He has Level 2 REPS Instructor certification and a strong Barre teaching background. Prepare to feel the burn!
Tallulah has been the resident Silver Linings Sound Therapist and Qi Gong teacher for many years. Her beautiful healing sound meditations and centring Qi Gong practice both have incredible healing qualities. Prepare to feel renewed and replenished.
Rachel has been teaching classical Pilates since 2005 after a long career as a dancer. She brings incredible skill and sensitivity to her teaching that makes Pilates approachable and incredibly effective. Feel taller, stronger and more centred after her mat classes!
